We are a medium builder building 15-40 homes per year.  This size allows us to create neighborhoods that we can be proud of as well as allow the owner to stay connected to the jobsite working through the design team, the supervisor and the trade contractor companies involved in the project.  We are deeply rewarded by the end result of beautiful neighborhoods full of attractive homes that are as eye-catching as they are uniquely suited to each buyer. 

Custom Home Process
Building a custom home can sound like an overwhelming task, especially if you have never built before.  At Nelson Construction we take pride in making the process both manageable and enjoyable.  You will be delighted to see how we can take your ideas and turn them into the home of your dreams.  From start to finish, the process usually takes from 5-8 months.
