The Grand Luxury Homes is a 75-unit luxury duplex and single family home rental community in Granby, CT. The community consists of 28 duplex buildings and 19 cape and colonial style single family homes. There is also a 2,500 square foot community center complete with community room/café, private offices, outdoor pool, patio, firepit, and grilling stations.
Nelson Construction built the community on a construction management basis for Krown Point Capital/Connecticut Realty Trust. The construction started in November of 2021 and was completed 19 months later in June of 2023.
The individual units range from 1,680 square feet to 2,300 square feet consisting of three and four-bedroom residences. The cape-style single family homes feature a first-floor primary bedroom.
