The Grand Meadows is a thoughtfully planned single-family-for-rent community currently under construction in East Granby, Connecticut. Phase 1 features 116 duplex units, a centrally located resort-style 6,000 square foot clubhouse with extensive outdoor amenities, a facilities building, and mail center. Phase 2 features 48 colonial and cape style slab-on-grade single family homes designed to balance comfort, flexibility, and convenience to potential renters.

Nelson Construction is building the community on a construction management basis for Krown Point Capital/Connecticut Realty Trust. The construction started in May 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in October of 2027.

The individual units range from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet consisting of two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences. Select duplexes and cape-style single family homes feature a first-floor primary bedroom.
