Carson Way is a lifestyle community of 74 detached single family homes in a beautifully wooded setting. As a planned community, the homes are on private roads and closer in proximity than a more typical Simsbury neighborhood. All of the exterior maintenance, landscaping and snow removal is handled by the homeowners association.
Nelson Construction built the homes on a construction management contract as the developer sold homes through realtors. The homes range in size from 1,811 SF to 3,000 SF, some with additional finished lower levels. Most homes are 3 and 4 bedroom with many models designed for first floor living. Nelson Construction uses a portfolio of homes developed for Carson Way that are customized by Nelson to meet each buyer’s objectives and interior selections.
All 74 homes were completed in October of 2023.
