Luminary Simsbury Meadows is a 175-unit luxury apartment community currently under construction in the heart of downtown Simsbury, Connecticut, directly adjacent to the Simsbury Performing Arts Center. Thoughtfully positioned overlooking the Farmington River and the rookery, the development blends scenic surroundings with walkable, vibrant downtown living.

The community is composed of five residential buildings, each containing 35 upscale apartment homes, along with detached garages, a dedicated maintenance and waste facility, and a centrally located, expansive clubhouse. Scheduled for completion in 2027, Luminary Simsbury Meadows is being developed as a forward-thinking, energy-efficient community.
