The Grand Ryefield, located in Bloomfield, CT, is a 90-unit luxury townhome and duplex rental community set on 55 acres. The community consists of 14 four and six-unit walk-out and tuck-under style townhome buildings and 22 duplex buildings. There is also a 3,500 square foot community center complete with fitness center, community room/café, leasing office, outdoor pool, patios, firepits, and grilling stations.
Nelson Construction is building the community on a construction management basis for Krown Point Capital/Connecticut Realty Trust. The construction started in July 2023 and was completed in June of 2025.
The individual units range from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet consisting of two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences. 15% of the units will feature a first-floor primary bedroom with Type B Handicap Accessibility.
